Oracle CX CRM Developer

About Role

Resource would be primarily working as a technical resource handling developments in Oracle CX CRM in CLOUD environment for Freezone. Working experience in developing custom objects in Oracle CX SAAS, VBCS and ICS is a must. Working experience in CPQ would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oracle CX Sales and Service object customization
• Workflow, custom object definition
• Groovy script writing
• Report development using OTBI Analytics cloud
• Integration development using ICS tool of Oracle with SOAP / REST APIs
• Development of custom UI using VBCS
• Experience on SaaS applications – Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud), Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua)
• Exposure to development of other Freezone modules like Customer Service, Registration, Leasing, Licensing & ADMIN in CX Cloud can be deciding factor for selection for this role
• Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud
• Should have worked extensively in Application Composer for creation of new objects, extensions to standard objects
• Proficiency in GROOVY Scripting MUST
• Working knowledge in VBCS, ICS components is a must
• Knowledge of CPQ, Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be an added advantage
• Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others
• Understanding of Cloud Architecture
• Should have knowledge on Data Migration
• Change Management
• Proficient in Groovy Scripting and Object Customization
• Should be able to build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates
• Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling)
• Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud
• Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ

Must have : Oracle CX Sales and Service object customization, workflow, custom object definition, groovy script writing, report development using OTBI Analytics cloud, integration development using ICS tool of Oracle with SOAP / REST APIs. Development of custom UI using VBCS.
