The Integration Platform Engineer – Expert is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and operational excellence of enterprise ETL platforms. This includes installation, upgrade, monitoring, performance optimization, and user support for Informatica and related scheduling and automation tools. The role demands strong technical expertise in platform operations, proactive incident resolution, and coordination with global stakeholders in a multicultural, English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, create, and update TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) jobs.
• Perform installation, upgrade, and patching of Informatica components (PowerCenter, PCCE, CDI).
• Execute platform backups , restorations, and recovery procedures.
• Monitor platform quality of service , ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Lead problem and incident resolution related to ETL platforms.
• Provide user support and technical assistance for Informatica platform users.
• Manage planning, capacity, and resource allocation for ETL environments.
• Oversee security management including Pentests, risk assessments, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage user accounts , access control , and license keys installation.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and documentation.
• Support on-call duties outside business hours as required.

Required Expertise

5+ years of experience in ETL platform operations or integration engineering.
