Procurement Operations Lead

Job Description

The Non-IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for indirect goods and services —including but not limited to facilities management, marketing services, travel, HR services, professional consulting, logistics, and general office supplies. The role ensures cost-effective, timely, and compliant purchasing activities aligned with company policies and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Procurement Operations

• Manage the sourcing and procurement of indirect categories (e.G., office supplies, travel, HR services, maintenance, utilities, marketing, and logistics).
• Develop and execute RFQs / RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal terms.
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal policies, budgets, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
