Tele sales Executive
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Candidates to drive course enrollments through inside sales. This role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and recommending suitable UG / PG / Certificate programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Cold Calling : Make 250–300 outbound calls daily to prospective students.
Student Counseling : Guide students on suitable courses aligned with their academic background and career goals.
Inside Sales (B2C) : Lead conversations, build rapport, and convert leads into paid enrollments using a consultative sales approach.
Communication : Interact with students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails; deliver customized and persuasive course pitches.
Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales / enrollment targets.
