Sales Executive - Industrial Automation

Note - Candidates having sales experience from companies in developing automation products / services would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Research :

Identify and generate new leads through online research, industry directories, and other resources.

Cold Calling :

Initiate contact with potential clients through calls to introduce our products and services.

Follow-up on Leads :

Maintain a consistent follow-up process with existing and new leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

Quotations :

Prepare and send accurate product quotations to prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-up.

Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Reporting :

Track and report daily sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics.

Collaboration :

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support the overall sales strategy and meet company targets.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

5 - 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the automation of the manufacturing sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and online research.

Proficiency in preparing quotations and handling customer queries.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Basic knowledge of automation and control systems is a plus.
