Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive

Senior Executive – Procurement (BOS Contracting)

with at least

1 year of experience

in

Balance of System (BOS) contracting

• . The role involves vendor management, contract finalization and procurement of BOS components and services essential for solar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of

BOS items and services

, including structures, cables, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and civil / electrical works.

Identify, evaluate and finalize vendors / subcontractors for BOS packages.

Prepare and issue

RFQs, comparative statements and purchase orders

Negotiate terms on cost, quality and timelines with vendors / contractors.

Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with project requirements.

Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules and contract compliance.

Maintain proper documentation and reports for procurement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in

Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum

1 year of experience in BOS contracting / procurement

(solar industry experience preferred).

Understanding of

solar EPC procurement processes

and project timelines.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with

contract terms, billing, and compliance requirements

Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.
