Job descriptionLead client interactions : understand requirements, guide them on design direction & overall concept building. Translate ideas into clear design concepts, mood boards & layout recommendations. Work closely with 2D (AutoCAD) & 3D visualization teams to develop accurate drawings, renders & final design packs. Assist clients with material selection — laminates, finishes, textures, hardware, lighting & soft furnishings. Conduct occasional site visits to ensure design feasibility & seamless execution with the production / operations team. Ensure smooth collaboration across design, production & execution teams. 3+ years of hands-on interior design experience (residential experience preferred). Strong client-handling & communication skills. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD & understanding of 3D visualization workflows. Ability to balance creativity with practicality, feasibility & timelines. Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
