We are looking for individuals (freshers) who are interested in pursuing a career in Bench Sales and have a strong desire to succeed in the role. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be dealing with clients and vendors in the USA.
Responsibilities :
- Conducting cold calls to potential clients and vendors
- Sending out well-written emails to clients and vendors
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates for open positions
- Negotiating offers with candidates and closing deals with clients
