Steersman Talent Acquisition Pvt. Ltd. a Franchisee of Antal International Network UK , is looking to recruit people with 1 - 2 years work experience in recruiting. We have a team of 5 recruiters on roll currently. Selected candidates will be trained in the Antal proprietary methodology for Business Development and Recruitment before they are put on the job.
We specialise in the industries of IT & ITES, FMCG, Manufacturing, Chemicals and Fertilisers, Cement and Construction and Plastic Resources.
The job is for people living in Delhi NCR only and can travel to work everyday.
Steersman is a startup operating for over 35 months and currently working from office at Residence at East Patel Nagar, New Delhi - 110008
The position offers great earning and growth potential. Besides the salary, after confirmation, employees are eligible for revenue target based annual payouts on meeting or exceeding targets.
Salary
During period of Training of 3 months Rs.20000 per month. Training period can be extended if required and your performance is not foun d satisfactory.
On withdrawal from Training and minimum one placement within first 3 months Rs.25000 per month with probation for 6 months.
Higher salary can be considered for candidates with MBA in HR and over 1 years experience in Recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Researching over the internet wrt businesses in our specialisation to build the demand side for the organisation. To carry out Business Development communication with the identified clients.
2. Conduction of Job Qualifications for the openings sourced from clients.
3. Researching over the internet to build the supply side for the demand generated as a Recruiter.
4. Posting of job openings on Job Portals including Antal's exclusive Job Board, Linkedin, Naukri, Times Job etc.
5. Identification and shortlisting of potential candidates after building a comprehensive understanding of the candidates' qualifications, aspirations, technical / functional capabilities, value systems et al. through interviews on phone and video calls.
Organising interviews as required with Managing Partner.
Forwarding APFs of shortlisted candidates to client
6. Organising for interviews between the clients and the candidates after the submission of options to the clients as per the Antal Profile format (APF) and procedures.
7. Closures of the vacancy and maintaining a regular channel of communication with the candidates post their joining to ensure a seamless integration of the candidate into the hiring organisation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with preferably MBA or equivalent
Excellent English Communication Skills.
Good command over MS Office and Office Working Tools.
Should be extrovert and enjoy connecting with people.
