Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Associate to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, financial documentation, and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, timelines, and compliance.
This role requires hands-on expertise in Zoho Books / Zoho Payroll , statutory compliance knowledge (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax), payroll MIS, reconciliations, and employee settlement calculations.

- Work Mode : On-site, 5 days / week
- Work Hours : 12 PM – 9 PM IST
- Experience : 5 – 6 Years
- Salary : 7 – 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for monthly cycles with high accuracy and confidentialityMaintain and update employee payroll records in Zoho Books / Zoho Payroll including earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and adjustmentsHandle statutory compliance filing :PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity, TDS & Income TaxPrepare and verify payroll MIS reports, attendance inputs, salary registers, wage sheets, fund transfers, and payroll journal entriesCoordinate with HR for new joiner data, exits, salary revisions, and full & final settlementsMonitor and ensure timely deposit of statutory payments and filing of monthly / quarterly / annual returnsAssist in company tax filing, audits, ledger reconciliations, and financial closing activitiesMaintain accurate financial documentation as per audit and compliance standardsAddress payroll-related employee queries with clarity and professionalismContribute to process improvement initiatives for efficiency and complianceQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance , or related field5 – 6 years of hands-on accounting and payroll experience, preferably in an organized corporate environmentStrong working knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Payroll (mandatory)In-depth understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and payroll tax regulationsExperience preparing and analyzing payroll MIS reports and maintaining supporting documentationStrong Excel / Google Sheets proficiencyPreferred Skills
