Oracle HCM OTL Benefits Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation across OTL and related modules
• Development and maintenance of Fast Formulas in OTL or Absence Modules
• Design and generate BI Publisher Reports for Oracle HCM Cloud
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for reporting and data sharing
• Perform mass data uploads using HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time, labor, and absence management
• Follow best practices for implementation, documentation, and delivery
