About the Position
Position : Senior Frontend Developer
Location : Pune
Years of Experience : 3.5 – 5 Years
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of high-quality, responsive, and performant web interfaces using React, Next.js,
JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Implement modern UI design systems with Tailwind CSS and ensure design consistency across platforms.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend to deliver seamlessand engaging user experiences.
Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility.Build and maintain modular, reusable React components with a focus on maintainability and scalability.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and bugs.Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices.Ensure UI development aligns with cybersecurity standards and compliance, when applicable.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a track record of deliveringproduction-grade UI solutions.
