Overview
The Marketing Manager position is a multi-disciplinary role that includes account-based marketing, digital campaigns, brand management, program and event management, content creation, secondary research, lead generation, and social media marketing.
Working closely with the sales and solutions team, the person would be responsible for developing market positioning, managing the market-facing collaterals, and driving content, social media image, external communication, perception, and engagement. They will also be responsible for communicating key messages to defined target audiences to establish our thought leadership and creatively showcase our strengths & key differentiators to the Retail and CPG industry and key influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse industry segment and establish account specific strategic marketing plan, working closely with the onshore marketing leads and account teams to identify marketing tactics and provide proactive, structured, long-term strategic marketing support.
- Account-based Marketing : We deliver marketing programs for strategic growth accounts that grow revenue, build relationships, and enhance our reputation with prospects and clients.
- Thought Leadership : Communicating key messages to defined target audiences to establish our thought leadership and creatively showcase our strengths & key differentiators to both the industry leaders and key influencers.
- Strategic Initiatives : The key focus is executing audience-based integrated campaigns for aspirational accounts using multiple online and offline channels.
- Deal Support : Lead pursuit marketing programs for large deals to help bid teams define their value proposition and strengthen it with appropriate marketing tactics to increase the probability of winning.
- Digital Marketing and Demand Generation : Executing an omnichannel digital campaign plan to ensure enhanced Inbound marketing, which results in higher visitor engagement and significant lead generation.
- Events and Industry Awards and Hospitality Initiatives : Implement marketing campaigns and support flagship events that positively impact the business. One should have knowledge of leveraging technology, including AI / AR / VR, to add value, enhance the experience and maximize outcomes in every program where feasible.
- Program Management : Ability to work on tight deadlines and within budgets with strong program management skills and a can-do attitude.
- Working with the sales team to build a pipeline by executing custom events, campaigns, external communication, and superior customer experience across every touch point.
