Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning inventory, quality control, and resource planning to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards. A strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and compliance is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with inventory, quality control, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely production and resource availability.
Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
Utilize data analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards throughout the production cycle.
Report production performance metrics and propose strategic improvements where necessary.
Support root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives on shop floor issues.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelor's / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or relevant field.

5–10 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and resource planning.

Proficient in data-driven decision-making and process optimization tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Strong communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.

Experience with ERP / MRP systems is an advantage.
