Job description

Job Title : Business Development Executive

Location : Goregaon East, Mumbai

Work Mode : Work from Office

Work Timing : 10 : 00 am – 7 : 00 pm

Week Offs : Alternate Saturday Off & Other Saturday Work from Home

Bring Your Laptop :

Candidates are required to bring their laptop to the office.

Responsibilities : (Limited but not restricted)

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Pitch products / services effectively through meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, pricing strategies, and customized solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Utilize digital marketing insights and tools to identify prospects and enhance outreach.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to shape business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the digital marketing / advertising sector).
  • Strong knowledge of business development strategies and digital marketing basics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital platforms, and presentation tools.
  • Strong track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
