Computer Science and Technology Academic Lead

The Associate Professor will be a key contributor to the academic and research excellence of the School of Technology. This role involves leading high-impact teaching, research, and institutional development initiatives in Computer Science and allied technologies. The candidate will be expected to mentor faculty and students , secure and lead funded research projects , and cultivate industry and global academic partnerships in alignment with Woxsen's vision of interdisciplinarity and innovation in emerging areas like AI, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Teaching Leadership

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lectures and practical sessions at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in core and advanced CSE disciplines.
• Develop and continuously update curricula to align with industry trends, international standards, and innovative pedagogical approaches (e.G., experiential learning, simulation-based teaching, interdisciplinary modules).
• Supervise student projects, internships, dissertations, and guide Ph.D. scholars.
• Mentor and provide academic guidance to students.
