Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and analyze business data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, automating reports, identifying data trends, and assisting teams with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Generate accurate dashboards and KPIs for various departments.

Design, build, and maintain Excel models, Power BI dashboards, and / or other reporting tools.

Automate manual reporting processes where possible.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports.

Perform data analysis and provide insights to aid management in decision-making.

Monitor key business metrics and escalate anomalies or outliers.

Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) is a must.

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
