Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Lead high-level client interactions to understand business needs and challenges.
- Develop and present tailored recommendations, proposals, and strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
Project Leadership & Delivery
Plan, manage, and execute consulting projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to derive actionable insights.Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.Strategic Advisory
Provide domain-specific expertise to clients and internal teams.Support clients in organizational decision-making through advanced analysis and forecasting.Identify new opportunities for value creation and operational improvements.Team Development & Collaboration
Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts.Foster a collaborative working environment within cross-functional teams.Share best practices and contribute to knowledge development.Business Development (Optional / Role-Specific)
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposal development.Support marketing and thought leadership activities including white papers, webinars, and events.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in [Business / Technology / Healthcare / Finance or relevant field]; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.7–12 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role.Proven track record of managing and delivering complex consulting projects.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office, data visualization, and / or industry-specific tools.Skills Required
