Role Description

This is a full-time, night shift on-site role based in Ameerpet for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing HR policies, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Collaboration with department managers to assess staffing needs and oversee training and development programs will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning

Experience with performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements

Skills in organizational development, training, and policy creation

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Prior experience in HR management or leadership roles is preferred
