Informatica Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Informatica Developer with hands-on experience in Snowflake to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using

Informatica PowerCenter

and

Informatica Cloud .

Integrate and manage data flows between

Informatica

and

Snowflake .

Optimize Snowflake queries and data models for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and consistency.

Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and data pipelines.

Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4–6 years of experience in

ETL development using Informatica .

Strong experience with

Snowflake

including data loading, transformation, and performance tuning.

Proficiency in

SQL

and understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Familiarity with

version control tools

(e.g., Git) and

CI / CD pipelines .

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Informatica and Snowflake certifications.

Experience with

data visualization tools

(e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of

Agile methodologies

and working in a Scrum team.

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
