What will you do

• Program Delivery & Execution – Drive the complete lifecycle of corporate and international accelerator programs, ensuring timelines, milestones, and KPIs are consistently met with excellence.
• Client & Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, international partners, and startups; ensure strong relationships, regular communication, and overall satisfaction.
• Startup Engagement & Support – Manage onboarding, mentor mapping, and problem-statement alignment for startups; track progress and ensure program outcomes are achieved.
• Documentation & Reporting – Prepare structured reports, trackers, and case studies aligned with T-Hub templates, SOPs, and partner reporting standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate effectively with internal teams (marketing, partnerships, operations, legal) to ensure smooth program delivery and handle escalations proactively.
