Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive professional to lead the

Administration and Operations of Aspam Scottish School, Noida – a CBSE-affiliated

institution. The incumbent will oversee all non-academic functions ensuring operational

excellence, compliance, safety and efficiency across the campus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all administrative areas including facilities, maintenance,

transport (outsourced), security, housekeeping, horticulture & beautification, stores,

and procurement.

  • Ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained infrastructure, implementing

    • preventive maintenance schedules and cost-effective vendor management.

  • Oversee school transport operations, ensuring 100% safety compliance, route

    • optimization, and timely performance.

  • Supervise campus security systems, housekeeping, sanitation and hygiene standards

    • across all premises.

  • Manage procurement, inventory and vendor relations ensuring transparency, best

    • value, and timely supply.

  • Oversee front office, reception and administrative support teams for smooth daily

    • operations and professional communication with parents and visitors.

  • Coordinate with the IT team for infrastructure upkeep, digital systems and campus

    • surveillance (CCTV).

  • Ensure adherence to CBSE, State and Central Government regulations, maintaining

    • all statutory records and renewal compliances.

  • Liaise with internal departments (Academics, Finance & HR) to ensure cross-

    • functional operational efficiency.

  • Lead a multi-departmental team, fostering accountability, training and service

    • excellence across all support functions.

  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets for manpower, transport and facility

    • operations.

  • Ensure accurate and timely MIS reporting for all administrative and operational

    • areas.

    Desired Profile :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with 12–15 years of experience in School or Institutional

    • Administration.

  • Strong understanding of CBSE and local regulatory compliances.
  • Proven expertise in facilities, transport and vendor management.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills.
