Title : Co-Founder (CMO)
Note : This is a full-time, high-impact leadership role for a visionary leader passionate about edtech. The ideal candidate will be ready to build from the ground up and commit fully to scaling the company.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing & Sales :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Oversee all marketing operations and provide sales with effective content and proposals to support their efforts.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team as the company expands.
Strategic Planning & Partnerships :
Lead strategic planning for international expansion, new business models, and market entry.Forge and maintain key strategic partnerships with colleges, corporations, and technology platforms.Collaborate with co-founders on fundraising, including creating investor decks and pitch strategies.Conduct market analysis and provide insights on the edtech landscape and competitor benchmarks.Financial & Analytical Skills :
Develop financial models to evaluate new opportunities and make data-driven decisions.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.Skills and Education : A background from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIT / IIM or an equivalent top-tier background).
Experience : Proven startup experience or a track record of high-growth execution in a fast-paced environment.Strategic Acumen : Exceptional skills in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis.Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.Financial Modeling : Strong financial modeling skills for evaluating opportunities.Analytical Skills : The ability to analyze data and track KPIs to inform strategy.Commitment : A hands-on, passionate, and fully committed approach to building and scaling a company.Desirable :
