Job descriptionSalesforce Development : Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components. Declarative Tools : Flows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Page Layouts. Integration Skills : Salesforce REST / SOAP APIs, External system integrations. Data Handling : SOQL / SOSL, Data Loader or similar tools. Deployment & Release : Experience with production deployments and handling deployment errors. Standards : Adherence to Salesforce best practices, code reviews, and secure coding practices. Soft Skills : Strong written and verbal communication, team collaboration, mentoring skills. Agile Methodologies : Working knowledge of Scrum or Kanban. Salesforce Domain Knowledge : Sales Cloud expertise. Experience with sandbox management and refreshes. Knowledge of other Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Basic understanding of DevOps tools for Salesforce (CI / CD tools like Gearset, Copado, etc.). Experience in resolving production issues and incident management. Participation in internal knowledge sharing or hackathons. Total Experience : 4 to 8 years. Relevant Salesforce Development Experience : Minimum 3+ years. High test coverage (>95%) and reduced defect leakage. Completion of mandatory certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer I, II preferred). Timely and quality delivery of tasks / modules. Contribution to internal learning, reusability assets, and client satisfaction. Effective mentoring and upskilling of junior team members. Salesforce, Angular.js, JavaScript.

Job Title : Salesforce Developer.
Hiring Location : Chennai and Trivandrum.
Experience : 3 to 6 Years.
Role Summary :
As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will develop and maintain applications within ERP / CRM systems (primarily Salesforce), with minimal supervision.
You'll collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions, mentor junior developers, and actively contribute to practice-wide / Key Outcomes :
- Develop applications / modules as per user stories and low-level designs.
- Debug, test (95%+ coverage), and document high-quality code.
- Participate in code reviews, release processes, and defect management.
- Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and sprint planning.
- Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest improvements.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, reusable components, and best practices.
- Support and improve deployment, sandbox refresh, and release management processes.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and project SLAs.
