Business Development Executive – Executive Search
Delhi (Hybrid : 2 days / week at Akshardham office)
₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + performance bonus
About the Role
You’ll help drive client acquisition and relationship-building for our executive search practice, working closely with senior leaders across BFSI and other sectors.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify prospective clients
Write persuasive outreach emails and make cold calls
Build and nurture client relationships
Support client meetings, proposals, and pitch decks
Maintain structured CRM and lead trackers
Track hiring trends and competitor moves
What You’ll Need
1–3 years’ experience in BD / inside sales
Confident communicator with strong writing skills
Self-driven, process-oriented, and detail-focused
Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRMs, and presentation tools
