Performance Engineer (with DevOps Exposure)

About the Role :

Seeking a Performance Engineer to own end-to-end performance testing, analysis, and environment automation for AppScan Enterprise (Liberty + IIS + Agents + DB + Containers).

Responsibilities :

Design & execute load, stress, soak, and scalability tests.

Analyze results vs baselines; perform RCA & tuning (Liberty, IIS, DB).

Maintain and automate perf lab environments ; integrate runs with CI / CD.

Collect & analyze telemetry (metrics, logs, traces) for bottleneck isolation.

Work with Dev & Product teams to implement and verify performance fixes.

Required Skills :

6–10 yrs in Performance Engineering / SRE / DevOps .

Hands-on with JMeter / k6 / Gatling .

Strong in Liberty / IIS / SQL DB tuning & automation scripting.

Basic CI / CD & container knowledge (Docker preferred).

Familiar with observability tools and regression analysis.
