  • Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Data Analyst / Reporting Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with a proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.   • Key Responsibilities :
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI that effectively communicate findings to business teams.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Automate reporting processes and improve data quality and integrity through robust data management practices.
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide support and training to team members on data analysis tools and best practices.
  • Required Skills :
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Experience in data analysis, with a proven record of generating insights that drive business decisions.
  • Desired Skills :
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience Requirements :
  • Minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
  • Educational Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
