Role Description – Telecaller

We are hiring Telecaller to join our growing team at Nrich Water.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warangal.

As a Telecaller , you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, promoting Nrich Water products, managing customer interactions in English, Telugu, and Hindi, updating data in Google Sheets, and achieving monthly sales and closure targets. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Make a minimum of 150 calls per day (combined inbound and outbound) to prospective and existing customers.
• Communicate fluently in English, Telugu, and Hindi to explain product details and offers.
• Generate, follow up, and close leads to meet weeky and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer data, call records, and reports in Google Sheets.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for daily lead updates.
• Maintain professionalism and quality in every customer interaction.
