• The Brand Operations Lead will be the heartbeat of our daily operations — ensuring that all moving parts across manufacturing, farming, sales, and marketing come together seamlessly.
• This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being the glue that keeps people and processes aligned.
• You’ll work directly with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of plans, timely communication across departments, and accountability in deliverables.
