Inventory and Attendance Coordinator

Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Factory Associate to manage inventory, monitor attendance, and support day-to-day factory operations. The candidate will directly report to Dr. Anshu Agarwal and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities : Maintain and monitor factory inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely stock updates.

• Track and manage staff along with their attendance and report discrepancies.
• Execute and complete tasks assigned by management in a timely and organized manner.
• Co-Ordinate with R&D team for operational and administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure smooth workflow within the factory and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary.
• Uphold safety, discipline, and cleanliness standards within the factory premises.

Requirements : Minimum educational qualification : (ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering preferred)

Compensation & Benefits Competitive in-hand salary within ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 range .
