About Us

Vance is an AI-powered super-connector that helps founders and professionals get high-quality, double opt-in introductions through WhatsApp, no spam, no awkward cold DMs, no wasted time.

We’re building something that changes how meaningful connections happen online, fast, authentic, and valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage posting across Vance’s social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
  • Coordinate with editors and designers to schedule and publish ready-to-go content
  • Occasionally record and post short-form content (e.g., team updates, product moments)
  • Maintain posting consistency, track engagement, and share insights with the team
  • Stay updated on trends and experiment with new content formats and hooks

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form content trends
  • Comfortable with basic video posting, scheduling tools , and content workflows
  • Bonus if you’ve managed social handles or content calendars before
  • Creative mindset with an eye for timing, tone, and audience engagement
