Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Executive located in Malappuram. The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning and managing guided tours, developing detailed itineraries, and ensuring smooth tour operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing excellent communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thoughtful tour management and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tour Planning, Guided Tours, and Tour Management
• Ability to develop and manage detailed Itineraries
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
