Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Lease and Sale Management
Lease or sale of Yadgiri Industrial Land.
Lease of Bidadi Facility.
Lease of Bommasandra Facility.
Compliance and Legal Coordination
Coordinate with lawyers and local authorities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Business Development and Transaction Management
Lead business development and client relationship activities.
Oversee transaction management.
Budgeting and planning.
Conduct monthly lease premise site visits.
Conduct safety audits every six months with the nominated lessee responsible.
Facility Management
Oversee repair and maintenance.
Ensure security of the premises.
Manage monthly billing (Rent, CAM, Power, and water)—both raising and collection.
Client Engagement
Ensure optimum client service delivery through :
Calls, meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Timely and accurate submission of proposals.
Active follow-ups and overall governance during execution.

Ensure 100% sale of Yadgiri industrial land.
Ensure 100% safety of land from encroachments.
