Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build client relationships.

- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth operations and timely deliverables.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, accounts, and recruitment updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business objectives are met.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage priorities under deadlines.Basic knowledge of accounting practices and recruitment processes.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Self-motivated, result-driven, and detail-oriented.Skills Required
