Job Title : Amazon Management Executive (UK & EU Markets)
Homescapes is a UK-based homeware brand selling across Amazon UK, EU marketplaces, and retail websites. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Management Executive to support our UK team by managing daily Amazon operations, listing optimisation, PPC monitoring, competitor analysis, and managing any issues on Amazon UK, DE, FR, IT, ES and other EU marketplaces.
This role is operations and performance focused, working closely with the UK team who sets strategy and improvement parameters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Listing Management & Optimisation
- Optimise product titles, bullets, descriptions and keywords (based on direction from the UK team)
- Improve A+ Content and Brand Store pages (working with UK content team as needed)
- Ensure listings comply with Amazon EU policies.
2. Performance Monitoring & Improvements
Analyse sessions, conversion rates, keyword rankings, BSR, and sales trendsIdentify issues and submit reports with recommended improvementsExecute optimisation tasks agreed with UK team3. Amazon PPC (Ads) Support & Reporting
Extract weekly PPC data for Sponsored Products / BrandsIdentify negative keywords. Coordinate with hosting providers for issues like downtime, resource usage, and server-side errors.Highlight wasted spend, keyword performance drops, opportunitiesReport campaign insights to UK team4. Daily Account Health & Issue Tracking
Monitor for stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and buy box issuesTrack account health metrics and escalate when requiredCheck for policy violations, product flags, and compliance matters5. Competitor & Opportunity Analysis
Monitor competitor pricing, offers, images, keywords, and best sellersIdentify new opportunities, trending keywords, and catalogue gaps6. Sales & Promotions
Support with Lightning Deals, vouchers, coupons, and promotional planningTrack performance of promotions and share analysisRequired Skills and Experience Soft Skills
