Job Summary :

He / She will be responsible for driving optimized supply planning operations with enhance collaboration within multiple stakeholder environments. He / She should have reactive supply planning experience with expertise in demand vs managing multiple factories supply planning, stock allocation, Logistics network planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multi-location supply plans that consider material requirement planning across multiple factories and warehouses
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers, factories, and stakeholders to ensure timely production ,delivery and minimize shipment lead times
• Develop and implement stock allocation intelligence and decision-making processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
• Collaborate with logistics teams to develop and implement logistics network plans that optimize transportation costs, lead times, and inventory levels.
• Drive speed and Supply planning improvements, and identify & implement cost reduction and waste removal initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new product launches are well-planned and executed, with adequate supply chain planning and execution.
• Apply commercial acumen to drive business growth, optimize costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Champion data-driven decision-making and translate data analysis into decision recommendations for the business
