Role Description
- Attend and manage customer phone calls , ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Prepare and maintain soft copies of Delivery Challans and Material Receipt Challans , ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Record and update digital entries of all financial transactions carried out by field staff, maintaining up-to-date and error-free data.
- Create and manage field appointment plans , coordinating schedules for efficient workflow and timely task execution.
- Serve as the point of contact for field agents regarding administrative issues , providing support and resolving concerns promptly.
- Perform general office administration and premises management tasks , supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Any graduate degree with Good communication skills , both verbal and written, in Hindi or English .Basic knowledge of Excel and prior experience working with computers.Logical thinking with a positive attitude toward problem-solving and teamwork.Zoho Books certification is highly preferable; however, candidates with basic accounting knowledge will also be considered.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Freshers are welcome , provided they have the enthusiasm to learn and grow.Compatibility, should be able to handle pressure and strive to streamline systems and processes to ease workload.Renumeration
