Job Title : Finacle Customization

Experience : 11-15 years

Location : Chennai

Work mode : Work from office

Interview Mode : 1Round Virtual, 2 Round F2F.

Key Responsibilities :

Finacle Customization : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Finacle 10.x and 7.x environments, including new menus, forms, workflows, and reports.
Integration Development : Develop and maintain interfaces using Finacle Integrator (FI), Connect 24 (C24), ISO 8583 standards, and application APIs to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems
Technical Architecture : Contribute to the design and optimization of Finacle's technical architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
Database Management : Utilize PL / SQL for database scripting, manage Finacle product objects (tables, indexes, batch jobs, services), and perform data migrations as needed.
Open-Source Technologies : Leverage open-source tools and technologies to enhance Finacle's capabilities and performance.
Functional Expertise : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with banking operations.
Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the reliability and accuracy of customized solutions
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of customization processes, technical specifications, and user manuals.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Engineering (BE / B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering), or MCA. Higher qualifications are advantageous.

Experience : Minimum of 7 years in IT / Core Banking application support, with at least 5 years dedicated to Finacle 10.x customization development and design.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Finacle Core Banking technical architecture and design.

Experience with Finacle 10.x and 7.x interface development, including application APIs and ISO 8583 standards.

Strong knowledge of Finacle product objects, including tables, indexes, batch jobs, services, and deployments.

Working knowledge of PL / SQL, Java, and .NET.

Familiarity with open-source technologies and tools.

Understanding of Finacle functional modules and banking operations.

Soft Skills :

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Adaptability to evolving technologies and business Certifications :

Finacle Core Banking Certification.

Relevant certifications in Java, .NET, or database management
