They're looking for a Technical Content Marketer to help us tell our story, educate our audience, and drive engagement across technical and enterprise communities.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation , user manuals, API references, FAQs, and online help articles for Adopt.ai’s suite of agentic AI solutions .

Develop engaging marketing and educational content such as blog posts, tutorials, Reddit campaigns, case studies, and product guides to promote product adoption.

Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to translate technical details into clear and actionable information.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documentation in alignment with company brand and style guidelines.

Research the latest trends and best practices in agentic AI, workflow automation, and enterprise SaaS to enrich documentation and thought-leadership content.

Revise and improve documentation based on product updates and user feedback .

Manage and organize all documentation in relevant CMS platforms or repositories .

Contribute to community engagement by creating expert-level resources for forums, webinars, and user groups.
