- Corporate connects : Visit corporates in the respective regions and drive home opportunities for the freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs
- Relationship Management : Engage with corporates to build and maintain strong connects with hiring teams
- Industry Connects : Leverage your existing recruiter relationships and networks to open doors for new hiring partnerships
- Employer Engagement : Conduct high-quality, consultative discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively
- Recruitment Coordination : Own the entire recruitment process lifecycle—JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Education : BE. / BTech or MBA from a reputed instituteExperience : 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college / B-schoolDomain Exposure : Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is a big plusStakeholder Management : Excellent communicator with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students with equal effectivenessProcess-Oriented : Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operationsResult-Oriented : Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomesWhy Join Us :
