The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, along with 5-15 years of experience in lead generation or business development. Proficiency in using ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and CRM systems is essential.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Booking qualified meetings annually
  • Maintaining a high lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
  • Ensuring accurate contact data
  • Achieving a high engagement rate in email and outreach campaigns
  • Creating and deploying new outreach content pieces
  • Coordinating with vendors to meet SLA deliverables

Besides these core responsibilities, you will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
