Location : Bengaluru (5 Days WFO)

Experience : 6 – 8 Years (Post Qualification)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Controllership team as Manager – Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will be the in-house accounting expert responsible for monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting as per IGAAP & IFRS , consolidation , and audit management (Big4 & internal audit) . This role reports to the Director – Reporting and plays a key part in setting up strong financial controls and processes .

✅ Key Responsibilities :

Provide real-time accounting guidance as per IGAAP and IFRS

Prepare & publish Monthly MIS with schedules

Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Statements

Manage internal & external audits (Big 4 exposure preferred)

Coordinate with CS for XBRL & statutory filings

Analyze revenue contracts to ensure accurate GAAP reporting

Handle consolidation of multiple entities across APAC, ME & Africa

Build strong process controls and compliance frameworks

✅ Skills & Qualifications :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting, reporting & audit
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions (APAC / ME / Africa)
• Hands-on in Consolidation of entities (Must have)
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards & IFRS
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Experience with Big 4 (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite)
