Decision Analytics Associate Manager – (BA-PLD )
Mandatory-SQL, PPT, Excel, PLD sets(Patient Level Data sets) & HCP level(Healthcare Professional Level). Functional Business analyst exp (requirement gathering, working on user stories, writing FRDs & BRDs, UAT testing, documentation, coordinating with different teams, stakeholder management, reporting)
- Analytical Approach : Develop structured methods for new analyses and problem statements.
- Client Management : Align on objectives, manage expectations, and clarify requirements.
- Quality Control : Validate deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
- Project Management : Track tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution.
- Prioritization : Negotiate timelines and manage scope effectively.
- Storytelling : Create clear, insight-driven presentations.
- Technical Skills : SQL (data extraction / validation), Excel (analysis / automation), PowerPoint (storyboarding / design).
- Data Expertise : Proficient in working with HCP-level and PLD datasets for advanced analytics.
