Presales Specialist

Shift : US Shift (Night Shift)

Qualifications : Master’s degree / bachelor’s in healthcare / Biotech / Life Sciences domain

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Should be very Good with Numbers & Statistics. Also, have good understanding of MS office tools. Especially Power Point & MS Excel
• Excellent communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills and excellent reading comprehension skills
• Responsible for creating and overseeing a bid – a detailed, costed, persuasive proposal
• Researching, writing and / or checking proposals received from Vendors
• Working with key members of the US Sales team and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the bid
• Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids
• Experience in creating the proposal and calculating the effort estimates for the RFQs
• Experienced with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in pre-sales, bidding, costing, Market Research
• Must have the ability to perform under pressure on tight timelines
• Should possess working knowledge of pharma / Biotech Industry
• Working Independently and as a part of team assisting development and writing proposals with Senior Support
• Attentive and proactive while acknowledging client’s requests
