US Tax Manager - CPA / EA

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and review complex US federal and state tax returns (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1041).

Manage and supervise tax staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Lead tax planning strategies for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and estates.

Research complex tax issues and provide solutions to clients.

Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax regulations.

Communicate directly with clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Collaborate with senior leadership on client service strategies and business growth initiatives.

Requirements :

CPA or EA (mandatory).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

10+ years of US taxation experience , with strong technical expertise in 1040, 1065, 1120, and estate / trust returns.

Prior experience managing and mentoring teams.

Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and US tax law.

Proficiency with US tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or equivalent).

Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
