Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Manager at Rambhajo by Advit Jewels Ltd., located in Jaipur. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily franchise operations, managing relationships with franchisees, ensuring adherence to company standards, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and driving business growth. The role also involves providing training and support to franchisees, conducting market analysis, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

Experience in franchise management and relationship-building

Strong skills in sales, marketing, and business development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with diverse teams

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
