Role Description

This is a remote internship for a Management Intern who is proactive, curious, and ready to leverage AI tools daily. You will support project coordination, conduct market and competitive research, contribute to strategy development, and assist in improving internal workflows. A key part of this role is independently discovering, testing, and applying AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, contribute ideas, and communicate clearly across tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to independently discover, learn, and use AI tools to solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly present insights and recommendations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, especially for research
• Proficiency with digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration platforms
• Self-starter mindset with high ownership, curiosity, and adaptability to a fast-paced startup
• Education or experience in business, management, or related fields is a plus
