HR Recruiter (Contract- 6-9 Months) in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions.
• Help maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
• Support with onboarding activities and new hire orientation sessions.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives to improve our recruitment processes and strategies.
