We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Blockchain Developer who can guide technical strategy, support product development, and lead the delivery of secure, scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of strong experience in blockchain development
• Deep expertise in Solidity and smart contract architecture
• Full-stack engineering background with backend experience in Node.js, Go, .NET, or Java
• Hands-on experience with dApps, distributed systems, and complete product lifecycle
• Ability to mentor developers, manage technical decisions, and maintain high engineering standards
• Clear communication skills for working with global teams and clients
