Job description1–3 years of experience in designing ads for Meta. Strong portfolio of paid ad creatives . Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva / Figma . Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPM, conversion-driven design). Fast, creative, and detail-oriented. Experience with UGC-style ads & reels . Background in fashion / lifestyle / jewellery brands.
We are hiring a creative Ads Designer to produce high-performing ad creatives for Facebook & Instagram campaigns .
Responsibilities :
- Design static ads, carousel ads, story ads, and reel ads for Meta.
- Create scroll-stopping visuals & hooks for performance marketing.
- Make multiple ad variations for A / B testing.
- Edit short videos / reels (basic).
- Work with the marketing team to align creatives with campaign goals.
- Ensure all creatives follow Meta ad guidelines and brand style.
